How do I schedule an appointment?

To book, contact your preferred artist directly—they handle their own scheduling. Unsure who to choose? Submit a request on our website with tattoo details, and we'll recommend and forward it to the right artist!

Yes, all tattoos require a non-refundable booking fee, deducted from the total cost. The fee is set by the artist, usually based on the tattoo size.

Can you fix or cover-up an old tattoo?

Most likely, yes! We love reviving old tattoos. Some may need laser removal first to lighten. We aim to make every tattoo great! We work harder than anyone else to ensure it is as great as it can be.

Yes!! Metamorphosis Tattoo utilizes hospital-grade sterilization throughout the entire tattoo process and only uses disposable, one-time use products. We adhere to extremely strict standards for sanitation throughout the shop in order to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Tattoo pricing depends on size, detail, and artist. We don't give quotes over phone/email. Consult with an artist for a quote. Some charge hourly, others have flat day rates. Our shop minimum is $150 for pieces under an hour.

Upset Stomach

Does getting a tattoo hurt?

Yes, there is pain involved with the tattoo process. The pain is only temporary & far from unbearable. Making sure to get a good night sleep, eat a good meal, and hydrate before your appointment will help. We do not recommend the use of numbing creams, as these can interfere with the tattooing process.

Faded Skyscrappers

Will my tattoo fade?

Maybe. We provide aftercare instructions and tips to prevent fading, such as always using sunblock on exposed tattoos. Some fading may occur over time, but aging affects all skin similarly.

Navel Piercing

Does the shop do piercings?

No, we do not have a piercer at our shop and do not have the ability to put in or take out piercings. We do, however, carry a small selection of jewelry. Check out the art gallery for jewelry ideas.

Holding Soap Bars

What do you recommend for after care?

You will be provided with verbal aftercare instructions by your artist, as well as written instructions to take home with you, and can always call or email the shop if you have questions about how your tattoo is healing.
